He has advised on and delivered many APRA operational risk reviews, technology, cloud and outsource submissions. With strong regulator relationships, his experience and opinions are often sought.

He is a specialist in technology-led innovation and transformation initiatives to drive improved business performance, customer experiences and internal productivity. Neo has a highly commercial and customer centric perspective and a consultative approach. This has been integral in his specialist area of designing and implementing IT delivery and cloud frameworks enabling APRA and international regulatory compliance.

Andre is a technology risk and resilience specialist with extensive experience advising organisations on cyber security, IT governance (including Board oversight, risk and audit), business continuity, service provider management, projects (including cloud and core system migrations) and general technology disciplines and practices. Andre spent almost 19 years at APRA driving improvements in industry through targeted regulation (policy); consultative entity engagements; publications and communications; and engaging constructively with industry bodies, regulators and other government agencies (both local and international).

Geoff has been supporting organisations, mostly in the FSI sector, to navigate complex change for over 25 years. He has translated his experience delivering major programs of work to become a specialist consultant where he focuses on assignments delivering change in risk capability through cloud technology. He has recently completed the APRA cloud readiness assessment for three FSIs, a global insurer, a regional bank and an Australian based life insurance company.
Bronwyn Evans

Bronwyn is a seasoned project manager with over 40 years’ experience in a range of technology-supported business process improvement initiatives across a range of sectors, including Financial Services. She has worked on both sides of the fence, supporting both clients and vendors in outsourcing initiatives. Her approach is both collaborative and pragmatic – understand the situation, determine interventions required, implement effective reporting and manage based on the data.
